Mother's Day May 9th, 2010

| All our mums had a great day without cooking, Nicola, Paolo and Davide prepared some great dishes for all the mum's to enjoy. Nicola's grandmother also attend and she tried all the new dishes of the current menu. |

International Women's day on March 7th, 2010

| Everyone enjoyed themselves and between raffles and aution items we rasied a total of $7100 dollars was raised to be given to the Queensland Leukemia Foundation and Mater Hospital Foundation. |

| Very first wine lunch with the theme of "La Bella Sicilia" – Nearly 100 guests attended this lunch with delicacies from the beautiful Island of Sicily. All the guests enjoyed typical Sicilian dishes that were created by our new head chef Salvatore Siragusa, of course from Sicily. He together with Nick, Pasquale, Sarah and Peter prepared the most delicious dishes from the wonderful region. |

| On May 11th, 2007, the daughter of a very close friend of Giuseppe and Gloria came off her motorbike, and wasn't expected to live. But guess what she is has gone through some trying times but has managed to beat the odds, and today she is fine and has beaten the odds, and has pulled through. Because of the great work that the guys in Intensive Care Unit at the RBWH she is here with us today. We held our first "Sporting Chance" lunch and guest speakers Doug Watters and Phillip Johnson were at this lunch and a fantastic amount of $12500 was raised to train and upgrade the skills. |

| Evening with Grant Burge to enjoy his wines and be delighted by the culinary delights of our famous chefs, Craig & Nick. These young chefs created a menu for Grant Burges wines that were the talk of the town. Grant was able to speak with all the guests and he moved from table to table, and all the guests were happy to have had the opportunity to speak with Grant. | International Women's Day annual fund raising event was an enormous success , our auctioneer was able to put everyone in the mood to be generous and funds raise were donated to the Queensland Leukemia Foundation and the Royal Brisbane Hospital Intensive Care Unit the fund raising event raised an fantastic amount of $14,500 and by the looks of things every year seems to increase in the donations. Looking forward to seeind everyone next year. |

| Joe and Dina Grilli from Primo Estate in the Adelaide Hills, held the very first Dell'Ugo wine night in 2008. The room was abuss with the clinking of glasses and laughter, which meant everyone was have a great night. Chefs Craig and Nick were outstanding in the menu they prepared for this evening. |
