Oro Antico
Pecorino aged over six months produced with selected sheeps milk. The taste is persistent but sweet and palatable , with variegated and well balanced flavours.
   
     
Asiago D’Allievo
From the Veneto region with a mild piquant flavor made from cow’s milk. Light beige in colour it is peppered with small distinct holes and has an engaging aroma.
   
     
Stracchino Puglieses
A very soft cheese with a high cream percentage that makes for a rich taste. Made from cow's milk in the Lombardy region.
 
Gorgonzola Dolce
The king of Italian cheeses made from cow’s milk with a buttery bite. Made from alternative layers of hot and cold curd that form pockets to enhance a natural occurrence of mould.
   
     
Parmigiano Reggiano
From the regions of Parma and Reggio Emilia, Reggiano is a hard fat granular cheese aged 18-24 months.
   
     
All cheeses are served with a variety of dry fruit, scrocchi crackers, thinly sliced toasted ciabatta bread and homemade jam.
